The pool was great for the kids for after thhe beacj. Liked out room/loft we had enough room for 5 people
When I reserved on line, I was unfer the impression there was BBQ, firepit and outdoor pool! None was that was true! no courtyard with gated outdoor pool. I would not go again

We stayed at Travelodge and had a fantastic experience. the room was spacious and clean, with a second bathroom and private sleeping area upstairs. the beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. the hotel's location was convenient, being a short walk away from a different part of the beach. There were also several ice cream and froyo places nearby. We especially loved the suite with a loft, which provided plenty of space for our large group and kids. Cons: No complaints.

Proximity to Wasaga Beach.
When we booked we called the hotel and mentioned that we were CAA members. Once at the hotel they did not want to apply our CAA discount. We were asked to pay for the hotel at the onset of our entry into the hotel. All other hotels have you pay at check out.

We really enjoyed stayin at Donato House Hotel, staff was very helpful, our tb control was not working, staff took their time to fix it. A very nice quite place to stay, very close to everyhing at Wasagabeach.

Excellent location, 8 min walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, ice cream shops, and other attractions. Clean and tidy room with useful kitchen amenities. Friendly staff. Spacious loft room with balcony. Free parking.

The price I was charged was $30.00 more than the confirmation on my email reservation.Unfortunately no one was at the hotel who could correct this.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. This made it convenient for us to spend our days by the water. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.- The rooms were clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay for us.
The breakfast options were limited, with only coffee and cereal available. We ended up eating elsewhere to start our day with a proper meal.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel offered the use of barbeques to cook our own food. It is a short walk to the beach. In short it met all of our needs.
I think the hotels needs to keep up on maintenance. For example, our screen door to the balcony was broken. Not a big deal for us. The hotel is dated, but again, not a big deal.

Staff very helpful. They reassigned us an upgraded room at no extra cost when the original booking had not clarified the number of beds needed in the room.
Pull out couch/bed was in poor condition and uncomfortable. Decor could do with an upgrade.
